The new windows 10 technical preview is out and available for its users to download it at a free of cost. The download package is available at their official site with all the instructions.
Users who are having windows 7/8/8.1 they can download and install this update package. But they need to remember one thing just in case the installation process fails then your data will be lost and some times it may damage your device(Computer,laptop). So you need to see all these conditions while installing this technical preview. This is available to the users who are interested to check out the latest OS software which is not yet fully developed. They are testing the operating system and they are calling the programmers and tech enthusiasts who would like to report any bug or errors which occur in this new windows10 version.
For them its fine but for normal users i don’t recommend as of now since its not yet completed 100% and not officially launched to its users.
