As we all try to be a better version of ourselves sometimes along the way we might compare our path with the one someone else is on. Be careful not to get caught up in the 'comparison trap' , which if you do you might sabotage your own path based on the negative voices in your head. Remember we are all walking this journey of life, sometimes we have that little 'growth spirt' and then it slows down again, it's part of a cycle..don't make an assumption that you are behind, sometimes you might be further ahead than you 'think' ..so keep moving not matter how slow you 'think you are...as sometimes being slow is what we need to really
