In my house exercise is a four letter word. Okay it is a 8 letter word which is two four letter words! But we all have to stay in shape. I find this a bit easier since my shape is round. But still, I sat down to make a personalized work out plan based on things I do everyday anyway. For the record to make an everyday activity into a workout activity you have to grunt when you are doing it and move with a look of determination on your face.

I begin my day with several body rolls. Usually three normal ones and one big one. Then I am usually out of bed. Putting on jeans and slippers is at least two good bends, then jog to the powder room. I used to just power walk to the powder room but I am older now. Taking the puppy out usually gets my heart rate up as it is darn near impossible to keep her from running. I then take a breather and have my power drink. It is an all natural drink made from the coffee bean. I use an extra large mug so I can do my arms bends. Trying to raise myself from the overstuffed couch gives me more than enough legs thrusts for a day and then the powder room jog, due to the power drink and I am good to go.

This plan works perfectly as I can still get into the clothes I wore in high school. I cannot zip any of them, but I can get in them!
