Yes...the Gulf of Mexico.

Not only there, but into the western Atlantic, the eastern Pacific and the Caribbean.
US Fighter jets have already been intercepting Russian bombers with greater frequency as of late.
Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said that they have to maintain their military presence in the areas.

Really?
Have they had one there?
Face it people, this is Putin basically flipping off Obama and asking, "What are you gonna do?".
They are going to be literally ringing the US with bombers.
Now the planes are "probably" not gonna be state of the art bombers, but old ones like the "Bear" Tupolev Tu-95 and the Tupolev Tu-142 that were popularized in the Cold War.
But even those can carry air to surface missiles and cruise missiles.
And yes, nuclear weapons.

Most people see this as "You are in the Ukraine right at our borders, so now we will be at YOUR borders."
