Tonight for dinner I am cooking up a stir fry. Stir fries are a great way to cook up a low calorie meal and they taste pretty good. So tonight I just went to the supermarket and bought whatever vegetables that were on sale. I got celery, carrots, onions, spinach and some peas. I also chopped up some tofu and put that in there as well. I think this all would have gone really well on some steamed rice but I don't have any.
This is a meal that I could get used to and it should help a lot in my journey to eat more low calorie meals.
