Today I received a really nice surprise from a friend that moved away just about a year ago. They had to sell their place and move their parents and all their horses to Oklahoma. They train horses for ranch work year round and the weather allows them to work outside with the horses there. The winters are not as brutal as they are here in Wyoming.
I used to buy western necklaces and matching earrings that she made and sold on the side. I love her western jewelry. Today she sent me a card saying she missed me and included some free jewelry! How sweet is that! She sent several pairs. She knew I had recently lost 3 good friends (one expected but 2 not expected) and said she just wanted to make me smile. Ok, do I hear “awwwwww”?
