Hi, apologies if this is a repetitive question, and I could not find it in the FAQ. I have issues with maintaining alertness and concentration during the day. I started hitting the gym and have been for 4 months+ to fix this.
I go late-evening (i.e. 9-10pm) for an hour and a half for four times a day. I have not felt any increased alertness or concentration from this (though have continued for other reasons, such as looking like a sexy beast now)
Is it better to go in the morning for that? My fear is that I will be even worse during the morning because it will sap stamina for the day. Is there a general consensus on when the best time is to gym for mental alertness?
