Yes. hunger makes us eat food. We ask for variety of food depending on taste.
But sleep is one thing which people cannot skip. If they skip their health will be affected a lot. it is because of this reason when we travel by train or flight for more than a day we lose or skip sleep or we do not sleep properly and that makes our mind sober dull. This is the cause for jet lag also when we go from one croner of the globe to another corner of the globe with time differences.
But for getting good sleep during night one should do sufficient work during the day and not sleep more than 20 minutes in the afternoon.
