At work, working my last shift of the week and closing the week out. No one is here all the clients are off into the world. Usually at this time I am conducting weekly menus, schedules and grocery shopping list teachings. One would say this is the most important day of the week because it is the foundation of organizing the week ahead however the clients without jobs rather not address anything of importance today and I am just going to let them be. Hay I am successful already and all week I have attempted to help them however they think they have it down backed without a job nor a plan to get one. Personally, I do not see none of these clients who think they are getting over becoming +Successful but the reality is I cannot save anyone not willing to put in the effort.
Once I close the week two will be discharged I cannot help them and I rather get new clients who will take advantage of all the opportunities i can forward them then have these two continue to take up space. They are going to end up in a shelter anyways due to lack of effort. Running the streets is more important to them then +Accomplish the goals set before them. One missed an interview I set up through my network and the other one showed up looking a hot mess after the clothes were picked out ironed and a mock interview took place. How can I help someone who is not willing to place effort to make their own life better.
Personally I am kinda glad my +Reference was not used because then I would look bad when that person messed up. I did it to attempt to help them get a job but hay I can lead a camel to water however I cannot make it drink right.
